As I said earlier, if you're not fond of sport the next 15 days will focus a lot of attention on your walls. Well, I think I may have found the answer...
The Park West Art Gallery has what's reputedly the largest collection of fine art in the world. They hold auctions all over the country, helping clients enhance their collections with a glorious panoply of the creative muse from contemporary artwork to rare sports cards that enshrine a golden era now long since past.
As we all know, art can improve far more than just your walls, but for a lot of people the pleasure of enjoying truly fine art is spoiled by a small but vociferous clique of tweed-encrusted 'experts' who so often gather in its orbit, eager to share their opinion. Well, these guys have never even met them. They promise an honest, tweed-free experience...and it's pretty hard not to believe them.
The samples of their current collation that you can see on the web site would make choosing a single piece an almost impossible task, but it's well worth a visit. Drop by and take a look. But be advised - this could take a while...
